This compassionate use program provides nirogacestat, a gamma secretase inhibitor, to patients with serious conditions lacking satisfactory treatment options. Eligible patients must not qualify for ongoing clinical trials. Nirogacestat is administered orally in tablet form, subject to necessary approvals from relevant authorities and ethics committees.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patient has a serious, debilitating or life-threatening medical condition that cannot be treated satisfactorily with an authorized medicinal product or other available standard treatment options, or all other treatment options have been exhausted.
  • Patient does not qualify to participate in an ongoing clinical trial.
