Program Overview
Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the most common type of lung cancer. This study aims to find out if a new drug, ABBV-1480, combined with chemotherapy, works better than the current standard treatment, pembrolizumab with chemotherapy, for adults with advanced NSCLC. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either ABBV-1480 with chemotherapy or pembrolizumab with chemotherapy. The study will involve about 940 adults with advanced or metastatic NSCLC at around 250 locations worldwide. Participants will have regular check-ups, including medical assessments, blood tests, and questionnaires, to monitor the treatment's effects and any side effects.
