Program Overview
The main goal of this study is to see how well the drug saruparib works when combined with a doctor's choice of ARPI, compared to a placebo with ARPI, in men with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer. These men have already been treated with either docetaxel chemotherapy or a special radiotherapy targeting prostate cancer cells, and their cancer has not progressed. The study will focus on men whose PSA levels are 0.2 ng/mL or higher.
