Study Comparing Izalontamab Brengitecan and Osimertinib Combinations for EGFR-Mutant Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Inclusion Criteria

• Have a confirmed diagnosis of non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that is newly diagnosed, locally advanced, metastatic, or has come back and cannot be treated with surgery or radiation.
• Have a specific EGFR mutation that makes the cancer sensitive to treatment (exon 19 deletion or exon 21 L858R substitution).
• Have at least one tumor outside the brain that can be measured by scans.
• Be in good overall health with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.

Exclusion Criteria

• Do not have unstable or uncontrolled cancer that has spread to the brain, spinal cord, or surrounding areas.
• Do not have a history of lung diseases like interstitial lung disease or pneumonitis that required steroid treatment, or currently have or are suspected to have these conditions.
• Do not have significant heart disease.
• Other specific criteria may apply.
