Study on REC-7735 for Patients with Advanced Solid Tumors

Inclusion Criteria

• Have a confirmed diagnosis of advanced solid tumors that cannot be surgically removed and have the PIK3CA H1047R mutation.
• Have tried at least one standard cancer treatment that did not work or were unable to tolerate it, or are not eligible for standard treatments.
• Any side effects from previous cancer treatments must have improved to a mild level or returned to the patient's normal state, except for hair loss and nerve damage.

Exclusion Criteria

• Have had cancer progression with certain other cancer drugs unless approved by the study doctor and sponsor.
• Have specific genetic mutations or conditions unless approved by the study doctor and sponsor.
• Have had major surgery within six weeks before starting the study treatment.
• Have serious medical or mental health conditions that would prevent understanding the study or tolerating the treatment.
• Have a recent or ongoing serious infection.
• Have recently received other cancer treatments.
• Have a significant genetic condition affecting drug metabolism, like Gilbert's syndrome.
• Have uncontrolled diabetes, unless participating in a specific part of the study for those with high blood sugar.
