Program Overview

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of a new drug called IDP-001 in people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. Researchers want to understand how the drug behaves in the body and its potential to reduce tumors in patients with specific types of cancer, such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and other squamous cell cancers.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Be in good overall health with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.
  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of advanced, metastatic, or recurrent solid tumors that cannot be removed by surgery or treated with other approved options.
  • Meet specific requirements for previous treatments based on the type of tumor.
  • Have at least one measurable tumor that can be tracked using standard criteria.
  • Be willing to provide tumor samples for research.
  • Have good organ function as determined by blood and other tests.
  • Agree to use effective contraception during the study.
  • Have a life expectancy of more than 12 weeks.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Have significant heart disease or eye disorders.
  • Have active and uncontrolled infections like hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or HIV.
  • Have serious neurological disorders or need home oxygen.
  • Have active autoimmune diseases or skin conditions needing frequent treatment.
  • Have had severe allergic reactions to similar treatments.
  • Have significant liver disease or uncontrolled diabetes.
  • Have bleeding disorders or are participating in another clinical study.
  • Be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant.
  • Have allergies to IDP-001 or its ingredients.
  • Have unresolved side effects from previous cancer treatments.
  • Have had seizures, organ transplants, or certain lung diseases.
  • Have had a stroke or mini-stroke before the study.
  • Have any other condition that might affect safety or the study's results.
