Program Overview
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common cancers worldwide. This study aims to compare the effects and side effects of a new drug combination, telisotuzumab adizutecan with bevacizumab, against the standard treatment of LONSURF (trifluridine and tipiracil) with bevacizumab in adults with advanced colorectal cancer that has not responded to other treatments. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of two groups: one group will receive the new drug combination, and the other will receive the standard treatment. The study will involve about 700 participants across 125 locations globally and will last approximately 36 months. Participants will have regular check-ups, including medical assessments, blood tests, and questionnaires, to monitor the treatment's effects and any side effects.
