Program Overview

The purpose of this study is to find out if trilaciclib can protect blood cells in patients with limited-stage small cell lung cancer. The trial will compare trilaciclib to a placebo to determine its effectiveness and safety. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either trilaciclib or a placebo.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of limited-stage small cell lung cancer.
  • Have fully recovered from any previous cancer-related surgeries.
  • Have cancer that can be measured and evaluated through scans or tests.
  • Be willing to participate and sign a consent form agreeing to the study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer.
  • Have active heart disease.
  • Have known allergies to trilaciclib or related chemotherapy drugs like etoposide, carboplatin, or cisplatin.
  • Be pregnant or breastfeeding.
