Study on Combining Immunotherapy and Radiotherapy for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Inclusion Criteria

• Have a confirmed diagnosis of metastatic or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has progressed after previous immunotherapy.
• Be eligible for standard treatment with immunotherapy or chemotherapy.
• Have at least one tumor that can be measured by scans and is suitable for a specific type of radiation treatment.
• Have received exactly one prior treatment with anti-PD-1 or anti-PD-L1 therapy, either alone or in combination with other treatments.
• Be 18 years or older.
• Have a performance status score of 0 to 2, indicating full activity or some restriction in strenuous activities.
• Be able to safely receive the study treatment and standard care as determined by the doctor.
• Have brain metastases that do not require immediate treatment.
• Agree to use effective birth control during the study and for three months after treatment.
• Understand and agree to sign a consent form to participate in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

• Have a history of lung inflammation requiring steroid treatment.
• Have interstitial lung disease.
• Have uncontrolled medical conditions.
• Be pregnant or breastfeeding, as the treatments may harm the baby.
• Have received prior radiation to the planned treatment areas.
• Have tumors in areas where radiation cannot be safely delivered, such as the esophagus, stomach, small bowel, or spinal cord.
