Study on TORL-5-700 for Treating Relapsed or Refractory Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

This clinical trial is testing the safety and effectiveness of a new drug, TORL-5-700, for patients with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma that has returned or not responded to previous treatments. The study will evaluate the drug both on its own and in combination with other treatments.

Program Overview

The purpose of this study is to determine if the new drug TORL-5-700 is safe and effective for patients with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL) that has either come back after treatment or has not responded to previous therapies. The study will look at how well the drug works on its own and when used with other treatments.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of certain types of B-cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, such as Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), Follicular Lymphoma (FL), Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL), and others.
  • Be in relatively good overall health, with a performance status score of 2 or less, meaning you are able to carry out all self-care but unable to carry out any work activities.
  • Have at least one tumor that can be measured by scans.
  • Have available tumor tissue for testing.
  • Have adequate organ function as determined by specific medical tests.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Have T-cell lymphoma.
  • Have Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) or Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL).
  • Have Burkitt lymphoma or high-grade B-cell lymphoma.
  • Have cancer that has spread to the central nervous system (CNS).
  • Have severe nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy) greater than Grade 2.
  • Have uncontrolled medical conditions.
  • Have active viral infections.
