Study Comparing JNJ-79635322 and Teclistamab for Treating Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma

Inclusion Criteria

• Have a confirmed diagnosis of multiple myeloma based on specific medical criteria.
• Have measurable disease as determined by lab tests at the start of the study.
• Have received 1 to 3 previous treatments for multiple myeloma, including a CD38 antibody and lenalidomide.
• Be in good overall health with an ECOG performance status of 0 to 2, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.
• Have lab test results that meet the study's requirements during screening and just before starting the study treatment.

Exclusion Criteria

• Have had major surgery or a significant injury within two weeks before starting the study, or have not fully recovered from surgery, or have surgery planned during the study period.
• Have known allergies or intolerances to JNJ-79635322, teclistamab, or their ingredients.
• Have any ongoing blood disorders or cancers other than multiple myeloma.
• Have a history of other cancers that are at high risk of coming back and need treatment.
• Have active cancers other than multiple myeloma that are progressing or have needed treatment changes in the last two years.
• Have known or suspected involvement of the central nervous system by multiple myeloma, or show signs of it. If suspected, a negative MRI of the brain and spinal fluid test are required.
