Participants will receive UI-102 and be monitored for side effects and how well the cancer responds to the treatment. Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Be 18 years or older.
- Have a confirmed diagnosis of advanced cancer.
- Be in good overall health with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.
- Provide a tumor tissue sample for analysis.
- Have measurable cancer that can be tracked using standard criteria.
- Have previously received standard treatments for their cancer.
- Agree to use effective birth control if sexually active and of childbearing potential.
Exclusion Criteria
- Have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord.
- Have ongoing or uncontrolled fluid buildup in the abdomen or around the lungs.
- Have significant side effects from previous cancer treatments.
- Have abnormal lab test results.
- Have serious lung, heart, or autoimmune diseases.
- Require ongoing treatment that suppresses the immune system.
- Have another significant cancer.
- Be allergic to the study drug or its ingredients.
- Be pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Have an active infection.
