Program Overview

This study is the first to test a new drug, ANS02, in humans. It is being conducted at multiple centers and is open to patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has a specific mutation in the EGFR gene. The trial aims to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and initial effectiveness of ANS02 when used alone. Researchers will also study how the drug behaves in the body and its ability to fight cancer.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Be 18 years or older.
  • Have a performance status score of 0 or 1, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.
  • Have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
  • Have measurable cancer according to standard criteria.
  • Have adequate organ and bone marrow function as specified in the study.
  • Have a confirmed alteration in the EGFR gene.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Have an active infection, including tuberculosis, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or HIV.
  • Have untreated or active cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord.
  • Have cancer affecting the membranes covering the brain and spinal cord, or spinal cord compression.
  • Have serious heart or blood vessel diseases.
