Study on Cevostamab with Pomalidomide and Dexamethasone Compared to Standard Treatment for Previously Treated Multiple Myeloma

Inclusion Criteria

• Have a performance status score of 0 or 1, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.
• If performance status is 2, it must be due to local symptoms of myeloma, like pain.
• Diagnosed with multiple myeloma according to specific medical criteria.
• Have received one to three previous treatments, including at least two cycles of a treatment with an anti-CD38 therapy or lenalidomide.
• Have measurable disease at the time of screening.

Exclusion Criteria

• Have a known history of amyloidosis, a condition where abnormal proteins build up in tissues and organs.
• Have plasma cell leukemia or a high number of plasma cells in the blood.
• Have gastrointestinal disease that could affect how oral drugs are absorbed.
• Have any ongoing central nervous system disease or a type of myeloma that does not produce a detectable protein.
