Study for Long-Term Treatment of Cancer Patients Who Previously Participated in Adagrasib Trials

This study is for patients with solid tumors who were part of previous trials involving the drug adagrasib, either alone or with other cancer treatments. It includes patients with non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal cancer, and other advanced solid tumors.

Program Overview

This study is designed for patients who have already participated in earlier trials of the drug adagrasib, which is used to treat various solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer and colorectal cancer. The study allows these patients to continue receiving adagrasib, either by itself or with other cancer treatments, if they are still benefiting from it.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • You must be eligible to continue receiving the study treatment based on the previous trial's criteria and show clinical benefit as assessed by your doctor.
  • If you were assigned female at birth, you must provide proof that you cannot become pregnant. If you can become pregnant and are sexually active, you must agree to use contraception as outlined in the consent form.

Exclusion Criteria

  • You are not eligible if you do not meet the criteria from the previous study.
  • You cannot participate if you have finished treatment, if your cancer has progressed, or if you stopped treatment due to side effects in the previous study.
  • You are not eligible if you are not benefiting from the treatment as determined by your doctor.
