Program Overview
This study is exploring a new treatment involving the drug YL201 combined with atezolizumab for patients with advanced solid tumors, focusing on those with extensive stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC). The study has two parts. In the first part, researchers will test different doses of YL201 to find a safe and tolerable level when used with atezolizumab. In the second part, they will further refine the dose and expand the study to more participants to see how well the treatment works. Participants will continue treatment until their cancer progresses, they experience unacceptable side effects, or they choose to stop.
