Program Overview
This study is for people who have already participated in trials with the drug belzutifan, also known as MK-6482. Belzutifan is being researched as a treatment for advanced solid tumors and tumors linked to von Hippel-Lindau (VHL) disease. Advanced solid tumors are cancers that have spread to other parts of the body or cannot be removed by surgery. VHL-related tumors occur in people with VHL disease, a genetic condition that increases the risk of certain cancers. The purpose of this extension study is to learn about the long-term effects of belzutifan and how it impacts survival.
