ClinicalTrials ID:NCT07491445

This clinical trial is testing a new drug, Daraxonrasib, alone or with chemotherapy, to see if it works better than standard chemotherapy for treating metastatic pancreatic cancer.

Patient Parameters

Program Overview

The study aims to find out if the new drug Daraxonrasib, either by itself or combined with chemotherapy drugs gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel, can help patients with metastatic pancreatic cancer live longer or delay the progression of their disease compared to the usual chemotherapy treatment.

Description

This is a global study where participants will be randomly assigned to one of three groups: one group will receive Daraxonrasib alone, another group will receive Daraxonrasib with the chemotherapy drugs gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel, and the third group will receive the standard chemotherapy treatment of gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel. The goal is to see which treatment is more effective in improving the time patients live without their cancer getting worse and their overall survival.
