Sponsor: Hutchmed

Sponsor score: 0

ClinicalTrials ID:NCT07396584

This clinical trial is testing a new drug, HMPL-A580, to see if it is safe and effective for treating adults with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that cannot be surgically removed.

Patient Parameters

Program Overview

This study is the first time HMPL-A580 is being tested in humans. It involves multiple centers and is open to participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to find out how safe and tolerable the drug is, and to determine the best dose to use in future studies.

Description

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of HMPL-A580 in patients with solid tumors that are advanced or have spread to other parts of the body. Researchers aim to find the maximum dose that can be given safely and to identify the best dose for future phases of the study. The study will also look at how well the drug works at these doses in treating selected solid tumors.
