Study on Elranatamab and Cyclophosphamide for Treating Multiple Myeloma

Inclusion Criteria

• Must have a confirmed diagnosis of multiple myeloma based on specific medical criteria.
• Must have measurable disease, such as certain levels of proteins in the blood or urine, or specific bone lesions.
• Must have at least one risk factor, like certain levels of proteins in the blood or specific types of myeloma.
• Must have received at least one prior treatment for multiple myeloma, including specific types of drugs.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a performance status that allows for daily activities with some restrictions.
• Must not be pregnant or nursing and agree to use effective birth control during and after the study.
• Must have adequate blood, kidney, liver, and heart function as determined by specific tests.

Exclusion Criteria

• Previous treatment with certain types of antibodies for multiple myeloma.
• Certain other types of blood cancers or conditions.
• Active involvement of the central nervous system by cancer.
• Recent stem cell transplant or active graft-versus-host disease.
• Significant heart problems or recent heart events.
• Active or uncontrolled infections, including HIV, hepatitis B or C, or COVID-19.
• Other active cancers within the last two years, except for certain skin cancers or very early-stage cancers.
• History of certain neurological conditions or organ transplants.
• Conditions affecting the absorption of cyclophosphamide.
• Recent major surgery or certain psychiatric conditions.
• Severe allergies to cyclophosphamide.
• Recent use of live vaccines or high doses of steroids.
• Recent participation in another clinical trial with investigational drugs.
