Study on PF-08634404 with Other Cancer Medicines for Advanced Cancers

Inclusion Criteria

• Have a confirmed diagnosis of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that cannot be completely removed by surgery or cured with standard treatments.
• Have a PD-L1 status available.
• For Part B of the study, have a PD-L1 level of 1% or higher.
• Have measurable disease based on specific medical criteria.
• Be in good overall health with a performance status of 0 or 1, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.
• Have adequate organ function.

Exclusion Criteria

• Have certain genetic mutations in the cancer, such as EGFR, ALK, ROS1, NTRK, BRAF, and MET.
• Have had another cancer within the past 3 years or have any remaining disease from a previous cancer.
• Have active cancer in the central nervous system, including the brain or spinal cord.
• Have leptomeningeal disease (cancer spread to the membranes surrounding the brain and spinal cord).
• Have active autoimmune diseases requiring treatment in the past 2 years.
• Have received previous systemic anti-tumor therapy for advanced NSCLC.
• Have had previous treatment with immunotherapy, certain antibody-drug conjugates, anti-angiogenic therapy, or lung radiotherapy within 6 months before starting the study.
