Program Overview

The purpose of this early phase study is to evaluate the safety and initial effectiveness of a new treatment, RPTR-1-201, in adults with advanced solid tumors. The trial will involve testing different doses to find the best one and will look at how well the treatment works on its own and when combined with an immune-boosting drug called an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody.

Eligibility Criteria

Exclusion Criteria

  • Have had another type of cancer within the last 3 years, unless it was a type that is considered cured and doesn't need further treatment, like some skin cancers.
  • Have active cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord that is not controlled.
  • Have an autoimmune disease that requires treatment with medications that suppress the immune system.
  • Have had an organ transplant from another person.
  • Have a serious medical or mental health condition that could increase risks or interfere with participating in the trial.
  • Other specific criteria as defined by the study protocol.
