Program Overview

The purpose of this study is to evaluate a new medication called SNV4818 for people with advanced cancers. The researchers aim to determine if SNV4818 is safe, well-tolerated, and effective in treating solid tumors. They are testing various doses to identify the safest and most effective option.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor with a specific PIK3CA mutation.
  • Have tried other treatments that did not work or could not be tolerated.
  • Have cancer that can be measured by scans or evaluated through specific blood tests.
  • Be in good overall health with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Have a primary cancer in the brain or spinal cord.
  • Have active cancer that has spread to the brain or the membranes covering the brain and spinal cord.
  • Have type 1 diabetes or poorly controlled type 2 diabetes.
  • Have poor organ function.
  • Have significant heart rhythm problems, including a prolonged QT interval on an ECG.
