Program Overview
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effects of a new drug called ASKG915 in patients with certain advanced solid tumors. The study will test ASKG915 both on its own and in combination with standard treatments to see how well it is tolerated and how it behaves in the body.
Description
This study is divided into two parts:

Monotherapy:
- The first part of the study involves testing ASKG915 by itself to determine its safety and how it is processed by the body in patients with advanced solid tumors.

Combination Therapy:
- The second part of the study involves testing ASKG915 in combination with standard treatments to find the best dose and to evaluate its safety and effects in patients with certain advanced solid tumors.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Have a confirmed diagnosis of an advanced cancer that does not respond to standard treatments or for which no standard treatment is available.
- Be in relatively good overall health, with a performance status score of 2 or less, meaning you are able to carry out light work or activities.
- Have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
- Meet specific laboratory test criteria.
Exclusion Criteria
- Have received any cancer treatment within the 4 weeks before starting the study drug.
- Have received a live vaccine within 4 weeks before starting the study.
- Have known cancer spread to the brain or spinal cord.
- Have a history of serious heart or blood vessel diseases.
- Have active or recurring autoimmune diseases.
- Have a history of fluid buildup in the abdomen or around the lungs that requires drainage.
- Be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
