Program Overview
The purpose of this study is to find out if calderasib, either by itself or combined with cetuximab, can effectively treat advanced solid tumors in patients who have a specific genetic mutation known as KRAS G12C. Researchers want to see how many patients experience a reduction in their cancer size or complete disappearance of the cancer with these treatments. They also want to learn about the safety of these treatments and how well patients can tolerate them.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Have an advanced solid tumor that cannot be surgically removed or has spread to other parts of the body, except for colorectal cancer.
- The cancer must have worsened after receiving standard treatments.
- The tumor must have a specific genetic mutation called KRAS G12C.
Exclusion Criteria
- Have serious heart or blood vessel diseases that are not controlled.
- Have another type of cancer that is getting worse or needed treatment in the last 3 years.
- Have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord, or have primary brain tumors.
- Have an active infection that requires treatment with medication.
- Have not fully recovered from major surgery or have ongoing issues from surgery.
