This study is for patients who have been taking the drug ZEN003694 in a previous clinical trial and have shown positive results. If you have completed your initial trial and your doctor believes you are benefiting from the treatment, you can continue to receive ZEN003694 in this follow-up study. This continuation study is open to those who were part of a Zenith Epigenetics-sponsored trial.
Description
This study is open to patients who have completed a previous trial with the drug ZEN003694 and are experiencing benefits from it. The study is not randomized, meaning all participants will receive the same treatment. To join, you must have been part of a previous ZEN003694 study and shown improvement as judged by your doctor. The study aims to continue providing the drug to those who are benefiting from it.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Completed a previous ZEN003694 trial as defined by the study protocol.
- Showing clinical benefits from the treatment, as determined by your doctor.
- Have a performance status score of 0 or 1, indicating full activity or some restriction in strenuous activities.
- Tolerating ZEN003694 well, according to your doctor's judgment.
- Start the continuation study within two weeks of finishing the previous trial, unless more time is approved.
Exclusion Criteria
- Participating in another clinical trial for a different treatment.
- Need to start or change another treatment to manage your cancer.
- Stopped taking ZEN003694 or withdrew from the original study.
- Any other reason your doctor believes would prevent you from completing the study or following the schedule.
