Program Overview
This trial is investigating whether cancer patients prefer receiving their treatment at home instead of going to a clinic. The study is based in the Florida Panhandle and surrounding areas. Typically, cancer treatments require patients to visit medical centers, which can be time-consuming and stressful. This program, called the Cancer Connected Access and Remote Expertise (CARE) Beyond Walls, uses a specialized team to provide treatment at home. It aims to connect patients with their healthcare providers remotely, potentially improving their satisfaction with the treatment process.
