Program Overview

The study is exploring a new treatment called TC-510, which uses a patient's own genetically modified T cells to target cancer cells that have a protein called Mesothelin. These modified T cells are designed to recognize and attack the cancer cells, potentially improving treatment outcomes for patients with advanced cancers such as mesothelioma, ovarian, pancreatic, triple-negative breast, and colorectal cancers.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Must be over 18 years old.
  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of specific cancers, including mesothelioma, ovarian, pancreatic, triple-negative breast, or colorectal cancer.
  • The cancer must show a high level of Mesothelin protein on the tumor cells.
  • Have received between 1 to 5 previous treatments for cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Be in good overall health with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.
  • Be able to undergo a procedure called leukapheresis, which collects white blood cells for the therapy.
  • Have adequate organ function as shown by specific lab tests.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Unable to follow the study procedures.
  • Known issues with following medical advice or problems with drug or alcohol use.
