Phase 2 Study on Personalized Radiation Therapy for Head and Neck Cancer

Inclusion Criteria

• Must provide signed and dated consent to participate.
• Willingness to follow all study procedures and be available for the entire study duration.
• Must have an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1, indicating full activity or some restriction in strenuous activities.
• Diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma in areas like the oral cavity, throat, or larynx, or with an unknown primary cancer in the neck.
• Must have measurable cancer either at the primary site or in the neck.
• If receiving chemotherapy, must have adequate blood, liver, and kidney function as specified in the study protocol.
• Blood clotting tests must be within normal limits, unless on a stable dose of blood thinners like warfarin without any clotting issues.
• Women of childbearing potential must have a negative pregnancy test before starting treatment.

Exclusion Criteria

• Cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Cannot have had previous radiation or systemic therapy for the current cancer.
• Cannot have had surgery to completely remove the current cancer.
• Cannot have cancer that has spread to distant parts of the body.
• Cannot have uncontrolled illnesses, such as ongoing infections or psychiatric conditions, that would interfere with following the study requirements.
