Program Overview

The INCLINE-101 study is a Phase 1/2 clinical trial that aims to evaluate the safety and initial effectiveness of TAC-001, a new drug given through an IV, in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. Researchers will also study how the drug is processed in the body.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of a solid tumor based on lab tests.
  • Be in good overall health with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.
  • Have adequate organ function as determined by specific medical tests.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Have a history of or currently have another type of cancer besides the one being treated in this study.
  • Have known cancer that has spread to the brain or the area around the brain.
  • Have an allergy to the study drug or similar medications.
