Study on Gavo-cel (TC-210) for Treating Advanced Cancers with Mesothelin Expression
Sponsor: TCR2 Therapeutics
ClinicalTrials ID:NCT03907852
This clinical trial is testing a new cell therapy called gavo-cel (TC-210) to see if it can help treat advanced cancers that express a protein called mesothelin. The study aims to find the best dose and evaluate how effective the treatment is, both alone and with other cancer-fighting drugs.

Program Overview
Gavo-cel (TC-210) is a new type of cell therapy that uses a patient's own genetically modified T cells to target and attack cancer cells that express a protein called mesothelin. This study is in two phases: Phase 1 will determine the best dose for treatment, and Phase 2 will assess how well the treatment works in controlling cancer. The main goals are to see how many patients respond to the treatment and how well the disease is controlled.
