Program Overview

The purpose of this study is to evaluate how safe and tolerable the drug Sotorasib is for adults with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic mutation called KRAS p.G12C. Researchers are also trying to determine the highest dose that can be given safely and the recommended dose for future studies.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Adults aged 18 years or older.
  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of advanced or metastatic cancer with a specific KRAS p.G12C mutation identified through molecular testing.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Have active cancer that has spread to the brain from other parts of the body.
  • Have had a heart attack within the last 6 months.
  • Have a gastrointestinal condition that prevents taking oral medication.
