Program Overview

The purpose of this study is to evaluate how safe and tolerable the drug Sotorasib is for adults with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic mutation called KRAS p.G12C. Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Adults aged 18 years or older.
  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of advanced or metastatic cancer with a specific KRAS p.G12C mutation identified through molecular testing.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Have active cancer that has spread to the brain from other parts of the body.
  • Have had a heart attack within the last 6 months.
  • Have a gastrointestinal condition that prevents taking oral medication.
