Program Overview
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of a new drug called NGM707, used alone or together with Pembrolizumab, in treating patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. These are cancers that have spread to other parts of the body and have not responded to standard treatments.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Have a confirmed diagnosis of advanced or metastatic solid tumor cancer.
- Have tried all available treatments that are known to help with their type of cancer, but the cancer has either not responded or the patient could not tolerate the treatments.
- Have good bone marrow, kidney, and liver function based on medical tests.
- Be in good overall health with a performance status score of 0 or 1, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.
- Have recovered from any side effects of previous treatments to a mild level or to the level they were before treatment, except for side effects that are not considered a safety risk by the study doctor.
Exclusion Criteria
- Have previously received treatments that target ILT2 and/or ILT4 or HLA-G.
