Study on Zirconium Zr 89 Crefmirlimab Berdoxam PET/CT for Advanced or Metastatic Cancers

Inclusion Criteria

• Have advanced or metastatic melanoma, Merkel cell carcinoma, renal cell carcinoma, or non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be cured with surgery.
• Be eligible for immunotherapy treatment as a first or second option, without using traditional chemotherapy.
• Have at least one tumor that can be measured by a scan and has not been treated with radiation.
• Have enough time between previous treatments and the start of the study.
• Be in relatively good health with a performance status score of 2 or less and expected to live at least 6 more months.
• Meet all safety lab values required by the study.
• Be 18 years or older.
• Understand the study and agree to sign a consent form.
• Be willing to follow all study procedures.
• Use effective birth control if there is a chance of pregnancy.

Exclusion Criteria

• Have only bone tumors without a measurable soft tissue component.
• Have only skin lesions for tumor biopsy.
• Have serious non-cancerous diseases or other active cancers that could interfere with the study.
• Have problems with the spleen or have had it removed, unless there is evidence of spleen function.
• Be on corticosteroid therapy for inflammatory or autoimmune conditions, except for standard doses for adrenal insufficiency.
• Be pregnant or breastfeeding.
