Study on Venetoclax with Carfilzomib and Dexamethasone for Treating Relapsed or Hard-to-Treat Multiple Myeloma

Inclusion Criteria

• Have a performance status score of 2 or less, meaning you are able to carry out all self-care but unable to carry out any work activities.
• Have multiple myeloma that has returned or is not responding to the most recent treatment.
• Test positive for a specific genetic marker called translocation t(11;14).
• Have received at least one previous treatment for multiple myeloma.
• Have measurable disease according to specific medical criteria.
• Meet certain blood and organ function requirements based on recent lab tests.

Exclusion Criteria

• Have certain types of multiple myeloma or related conditions, such as non-secretory multiple myeloma or active plasma cell leukemia.
• Have active infections like hepatitis B or C, or COVID-19.
• Have significant heart disease or have had major surgery recently.
• Have severe nerve damage or uncontrolled diabetes or high blood pressure.
• Have had other active cancers in the past three years.
• Have any other medical condition that might interfere with the study, as determined by the study doctor.
