Program Overview
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of a new drug called D-1553 in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have a specific genetic mutation known as KRasG12C. Researchers aim to find out how well the drug works against tumors, how the body processes it, and what the best dose might be for future studies. Participants will receive D-1553 either alone or in combination with other treatments, and their health and response to the drug will be closely monitored.

Exclusion Criteria
- Have unstable or worsening cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord.
- Have had a heart attack or severe heart problems recently.
- Have a heart condition that causes a prolonged QT interval on an ECG test.
- Have had a stroke or serious brain blood vessel issues in the past year.
- Have lung diseases or infections that are not fully healed, including COVID-19.
- Have a history of substance abuse or other conditions that might affect participation in the study.
- Have digestive issues that could affect how the body absorbs the medication.
- Have side effects from previous cancer treatments that have not improved to a mild level.
- Have had major surgery in the past month or recent radiation therapy.
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
