Program Overview
The Expanded Access Program (EAP) is designed to provide the medication Tafasitamab to patients with Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) that has either come back after treatment or has not responded to previous therapies. This program is available for patients in the United States who have already tried at least one treatment containing anti-CD20. It is intended for those who have no other treatment options and cannot join other clinical trials. To participate, patients or their doctors can contact the program coordinator at Clinigen.
Description
This program is for patients with Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) that has returned or not responded to previous treatments. It is specifically for those who have already tried at least one treatment that includes anti-CD20. Patients with primary refractory disease and those with double or triple hit status are also eligible. This program is only available in the United States and is meant for patients who have no other treatment options and cannot join other clinical trials. Eligibility Criteria
Exclusion Criteria
- Patients with other types of lymphoma, such as indolent Non-Hodgkin lymphoma, Primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma, or Burkitt Lymphoma.
- Patients who cannot or do not want to take medication to prevent blood clots during the treatment period with lenalidomide.
- Patients with active infections, including bacterial, viral, or fungal infections.
- Patients with chronic active Hepatitis B or C.
- Patients who are HIV positive or have a history of active HIV infection.
- Patients who cannot participate in the lenalidomide REMS program.
