Program Overview
The Karyopharm Expanded Access Program (KEAP) is designed to provide the investigational drug selinexor to patients who might benefit from it but cannot join a clinical trial. This program is for patients who have tried all other available treatments without success. Selinexor is not yet approved for general use, so it is only available through this program.
