Study on Mezigdomide and Elranatamab for Treating Relapsed or Hard-to-Treat Multiple Myeloma

Program Overview
The aim of this study is to assess the safety and determine the best dose of Mezigdomide when used together with Elranatamab in patients with multiple myeloma that has come back or is not responding to previous treatments.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Be 18 years or older and have a history of multiple myeloma that has returned or is not responding to treatment.
- Have received 2 to 4 previous treatments for multiple myeloma (for Phase 1) or 1 to 3 previous treatments (for Phase 2).
- Have measurable multiple myeloma according to local lab tests.
- Be in good overall health with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.
- Agree to follow contraception guidelines during the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- Have previously been treated with Mezigdomide.
- Have previously received treatments that engage T cells or T cell engagers.
- Have previously received treatments targeting B cell-maturation antigen (BCMA), except if you had BCMA-targeted CAR-T cell therapy more than 6 months before starting the study.
- Other specific criteria as defined by the study protocol.
