Study Comparing BMS-986504 with Nab-paclitaxel and Gemcitabine Versus Placebo for Untreated Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer with MTAP Deletion

Inclusion Criteria

• Have a confirmed diagnosis of metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC).
• Have a specific genetic deletion called MTAP in the tumor.
• Have cancer that has spread and can be measured by scans.
• Have not received any previous treatments for cancer that has spread.
• May have received one cycle of Nab-paclitaxel and Gemcitabine if needed, as long as the cancer has not worsened and the treatment was tolerated.
• The initial cycle of Nab-paclitaxel and Gemcitabine must be completed before joining the study.

Exclusion Criteria

• Have another active cancer that needs treatment or had another cancer within the last two years.
• Other specific criteria as defined by the study protocol.
