Program Overview

The purpose of this study is to compare the effectiveness of a new treatment, Izalontamab Brengitecan, with the standard platinum-based chemotherapy in patients who have advanced urothelial cancer that has progressed after immunotherapy. The trial aims to determine which treatment is more effective in controlling the cancer.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of advanced urothelial cancer.
  • Be eligible to receive platinum-based chemotherapy.
  • Have previously received immunotherapy for advanced or metastatic cancer, either alone or with other treatments.
  • If treated with immunotherapy around the time of surgery, the cancer must have returned within 12 months after the last treatment.
  • Have at least one tumor that can be measured by scans.
  • Be in good overall health, with a performance status score of 0 or 1, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Have not received platinum-based chemotherapy in the past 12 months.
  • Have not had more than two previous treatment regimens, regardless of the setting.
  • Have not received previous treatments targeting EGFR or HER3.
  • Have not been treated with topoisomerase 1 inhibitors before.
  • Do not have active, untreated cancer that has spread to the brain.
  • Other specific criteria may apply.
