Study on the Safety and Effectiveness of CRN09682 for Patients with SST2-Expressing Neuroendocrine Tumors and Other Solid Tumors

Inclusion Criteria

• Have a confirmed diagnosis of metastatic or advanced tumors that cannot be surgically removed, including neuroendocrine tumors (NET) or neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC), with evidence of tumor growth.
• Have at least one tumor that can be measured using standard criteria.
• Have a tumor that shows the presence of the SSR marker, confirmed by specific imaging tests.
• Be in relatively good health with an ECOG performance status of 0, 1, or 2, indicating full activity or some restriction in strenuous activities.

Exclusion Criteria

• Have experienced tumor growth while receiving a specific type of radiation therapy (PRRT) or within six months after completing it.
• Have cancer that has spread to the brain unless it is not causing symptoms and has been stable for at least one month for certain lung cancers or three months for other tumors.
• Have used other cancer treatments within a certain time before starting the study drug.
• Have had surgery, certain types of liver treatments, or tumor removal procedures within 90 days before starting the study drug.
• Have participated in another clinical trial within 30 days or five times the drug's half-life before starting the study drug.
• Have carcinoid syndrome, a condition related to certain tumors.
• Have another active cancer or one treated within the last three years, except for certain non-threatening cancers like treated cervical changes, superficial bladder cancer, or non-melanoma skin cancer.
• Have previously been treated with a drug called MMAE.
• Have allergies or severe reactions to specific medications like octreotide or similar drugs.
