The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and initial effectiveness of a new drug called WEF-001 in patients with advanced solid tumors that have a specific KRAS mutation. Researchers aim to understand how the drug behaves in the body and its potential to treat these types of cancers.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Have an advanced solid tumor with a KRAS mutation, such as pancreatic, colorectal, non-small cell lung, platinum-resistant ovarian, bile duct, or bladder cancer.
- The cancer must have progressed after receiving at least one standard treatment.
- Have measurable cancer that can be tracked using standard criteria.
- Be in good overall health with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.
Exclusion Criteria
- Have an active infection that requires treatment within 28 days before starting the study.
- Have active heart disease.
- Have another active cancer that requires treatment.
- Have liver problems.
- Have untreated brain cancer or unstable neurological issues.
- Have inflammatory bowel disease.
- Have untreated overactive thyroid.
- Have had lupus in the past 5 years.
