The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and initial effectiveness of a new drug called WEF-001 in patients with advanced solid tumors that have a specific KRAS mutation. Researchers aim to understand how the drug behaves in the body and its potential to treat these types of cancers.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Have an advanced solid tumor with a KRAS mutation, such as pancreatic, colorectal, non-small cell lung, platinum-resistant ovarian, bile duct, or bladder cancer.
  • The cancer must have progressed after receiving at least one standard treatment.
  • Have measurable cancer that can be tracked using standard criteria.
  • Be in good overall health with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Have an active infection that requires treatment within 28 days before starting the study.
  • Have active heart disease.
  • Have another active cancer that requires treatment.
  • Have liver problems.
  • Have untreated brain cancer or unstable neurological issues.
  • Have inflammatory bowel disease.
  • Have untreated overactive thyroid.
  • Have had lupus in the past 5 years.
