Study on Epcoritamab with Lenalidomide and Tafasitamab for Treating Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma

Inclusion Criteria

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Have a confirmed diagnosis of certain types of lymphoma, including Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma.
• Lymphoma must be CD20 positive, as shown in the latest pathology report.
• CD19 confirmation is not needed unless previously treated with anti-CD19 therapy.
• Must have had at least two previous treatments, including CAR-T or stem cell transplant, or at least one if not eligible for these.
• Must have measurable cancer by scans.
• Must be in good general health, with a performance status score of 2 or less.
• Must have adequate blood and organ function, with specific blood counts and kidney and liver function within set limits.
• Must test negative for HIV, unless stable on treatment with a controlled viral load.
• Must agree to use birth control and follow pregnancy prevention plans if applicable.
• Must not have active COVID-19 infection and meet specific testing criteria if exposed.
• Must be willing to take preventive medication for blood clots if at risk.

Exclusion Criteria

• Previous treatment with certain similar therapies unless in remission for at least a year.
• Active cancer in the central nervous system unless previously treated.
• Active secondary cancer unless stable and not needing treatment.
• Uncontrolled HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C infections.
• Active or latent tuberculosis.
• Previous organ or stem cell transplants.
• Uncontrolled infections or recent major surgery.
• Significant heart disease or recent heart attack or stroke.
• Any serious illness or condition that could affect safety or study results.
• Recent vaccination with live vaccines.
