Program Overview
The purpose of this study is to find out if a new imaging technique called 64Cu-SAR-bisPSMA PET/CT can accurately detect the recurrence of prostate cancer in patients who have already undergone treatment. This method could help identify cancer that has returned after initial therapy.

- Must be eligible for additional treatment aimed at curing the cancer.
- Must have specific PSA levels indicating potential cancer recurrence:

- After radiation, cryotherapy, or brachytherapy: PSA level increased by 2 ng/mL or more above the lowest level recorded.
- Must be willing to have a biopsy of any suspicious areas found by the PET scan, if safe to do so.
- Must have a performance status score of 0 to 2, indicating good overall health.
Exclusion Criteria
