Study on the Safety and Effectiveness of MK-3120 for Treating Advanced Solid Tumors

Inclusion Criteria

• Have a confirmed diagnosis of advanced solid tumor that cannot be removed by surgery and have tried all available treatments or cannot tolerate them.
• If HIV positive, must have well-controlled HIV with antiretroviral therapy.
• If positive for hepatitis B, must have been on antiviral therapy for at least 4 weeks and have an undetectable viral load.
• If infected with hepatitis C, must have an undetectable viral load.

Exclusion Criteria

• Have active inflammatory bowel disease requiring medication or a history of it.
• Have uncontrolled heart or blood vessel disease.
• Have severe eye conditions that affect healing.
• Have fluid buildup around the lungs, heart, or abdomen that causes symptoms or needs frequent drainage.
• Are HIV-positive with a history of certain cancers like Kaposi's sarcoma.
• Have another cancer that is growing or needed treatment in the last 2 years.
• Have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord.
• Have an active infection needing treatment, with some exceptions.
• Have a history of lung inflammation that needed steroids or currently have lung inflammation.
• Have active hepatitis B or C infection.
