Study on Etentamig for Treating Multiple Myeloma, Alone or with Other Medications

This clinical trial is testing a new drug called Etentamig, given alone or with other medications, to see if it can help treat multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. The study will also look at the safety and effects of the treatment.

Program Overview
Multiple myeloma is a cancer that affects plasma cells in the blood, often found in bones and bone marrow. It can cause symptoms like bone pain, fractures, and kidney problems. This study is testing a new drug, Etentamig, to see if it can help treat multiple myeloma, especially in cases where the cancer has returned or hasn't improved with other treatments. The study involves different phases where participants will receive Etentamig alone or with other drugs like daratumumab, lenalidomide, carfilzomib, and dexamethasone. The goal is to find the best dose and see how well the treatment works. About 440 adults with multiple myeloma will participate in this study at various locations worldwide.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Must have a performance status score of 0 or 1, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.
- Must have a confirmed diagnosis of multiple myeloma, either newly diagnosed or relapsed/refractory, according to specific medical criteria.
Exclusion Criteria
- Cannot participate if there is known active involvement of multiple myeloma in the central nervous system.
- Cannot participate if there is a known active infection as specified in the study protocol.
