Program Overview
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the drug YL242 in adults with advanced solid tumors. The trial is being conducted at multiple centers and is open-label, meaning both the researchers and participants know what treatment is being administered. The study will test YL242 as a single treatment and in combination with other therapies to understand its effects on different types of advanced cancers.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Have a performance status score of 0 or 1, indicating full activity or some restriction in strenuous activities.
- Have good organ and bone marrow function.
- Have one of the following types of cancer:
- Advanced or metastatic solid tumors that cannot be surgically removed and have received at least one prior treatment.
- Locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) without specific genetic mutations, and have not received any prior systemic treatment.
- Metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) and have received at least one prior treatment.
- Advanced or metastatic HER2-negative gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer and have received at least one prior treatment.
Exclusion Criteria
- Cannot tolerate previous treatments with certain types of cancer drugs, specifically topoisomerase I inhibitors or similar drugs.
- Have uncontrolled or serious heart or blood vessel diseases.
- Have significant lung diseases.
- Have a history of cancer spreading to the membranes surrounding the brain and spinal cord.
- Have any medical, mental, or social conditions that could interfere with the ability to participate in the study or affect the study results.
