This clinical trial is testing a new drug, BMS-986504, to see if it is safe and effective for patients with advanced or metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) that has a specific genetic deletion and has not responded to previous treatments.

Program Overview
The aim of this study is to determine if the drug BMS-986504 can be safely used and if it works well in treating patients with advanced or metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) who have a specific genetic deletion called homozygous MTAP deletion. This study is for patients whose cancer has continued to grow despite previous treatments.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Have a confirmed diagnosis of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) with a specific genetic deletion called homozygous MTAP deletion.
- Be willing to provide a tumor sample for testing.
- Have advanced or metastatic NSCLC that cannot be cured and has worsened after previous treatments.
- Have at least one tumor that can be measured by scans.
- Show evidence of cancer growth on recent scans after the last treatment.
- Be in good overall health with an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1, meaning fully active or restricted in physically strenuous activity but ambulatory.
- Be 18 years or older, or the legal age of consent in the area where the study is conducted.
- Be able to swallow tablets whole without chewing or crushing them.
Exclusion Criteria
- Have active cancer spread to the brain or a condition called carcinomatous meningitis.
- Have digestive issues that could affect the absorption of the study drug or make it difficult to swallow pills.
- Have previously been treated with drugs that inhibit PRMT5 or MAT2A.
- Have a known severe allergy to the study drug or any of its ingredients.
- Other specific criteria may apply as defined by the study protocol.
