Study on STC-15 and Toripalimab Combination Therapy for Advanced Cancers

Program Overview
This study is testing a new combination of drugs, STC-15 and toripalimab, to see if they can safely and effectively treat four types of advanced cancers: non-small cell lung cancer, melanoma, endometrial cancer, and head and neck cancer. The trial is in two parts: the first part will find the best dose of the combination, and the second part will see how well it works against the cancer. The study is for adults with advanced cancers that cannot be removed by surgery or have spread to other parts of the body.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- Expected to live at least 3 more months.
- In good general health, able to carry out daily activities with little or no assistance.
- Have cancer that can be measured by scans.
- Cancer must have shown growth on previous treatments.
- Able to take oral medication.
For specific cancers:
- Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC): Must have tried targeted therapy if applicable and not more than three previous treatments, including anti-PD-1/L1 therapy.
- Head and Neck Cancer (HNSCC): Must have tried two or three previous treatments, including anti-PD-1/L1 therapy.
- Endometrial Cancer: Must have tried no more than three previous treatments, including anti-PD-1/L1 therapy.
- Melanoma: Must have tried no more than three previous treatments, including anti-PD-1/L1 therapy.
Exclusion Criteria
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
- Have had cancer treatment or experimental drugs within the last 4 weeks.
- Have not fully recovered from side effects of previous treatments, except for hair loss, mild nerve damage, or stable hormone-related side effects.
- Had major surgery less than 4 weeks ago or have not recovered from surgery.
- Have a history of lung inflammation that needed steroids or have ongoing lung issues.
- Have serious heart conditions.
- Have active cancer spread to the brain or spinal fluid.
